Return item(s)

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within FIVE DAYS in order to receive a refund. There is a twenty percent 20% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom and Special Orders are non-refundable.

In order to receive your refund, you need to email (return@swamisus.com) us to get approval before mailing back the merchandise. When you email us regarding a return, please note the item number and price in your message. Once you have contacted us and let us know you wish to return your order we will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please write this RMA number on the outside of your package when you send it back to us. In order to receive your refund, the item(s) must be received back by us within Fourteen (14) days of your having received the item(s) according to the delivery confirmation.

No item(s) may be returned without prior approval of Swamis & Co.

All items must be returned in new condition in either our packaging or equivalent packaging. This includes padding (the item must be as well padded and protected as you received it). You must use a traceable delivery service like USPS Delivery Confirmation, UPS or FedEx with insurance. Loss (unless insured), tarnish, fading or other marring is not covered under the Refund Policy unless approved on a case by case basis.

Damaged item(s) during shipment to you

If the item is damaged during shipment to you, please e-mail (exchange@swamisus.com) us within 24 hours after receiving your item. Otherwise we are not responsible. We will reimburse your shipment cost and send you new piece right away.
